Joe Jonas 'shuts down divorce rumors' with one 'iconic' photo
Joe Jonas has seemingly ‘broken’ his silence on rumors he’s ‘on the cusp of divorce’ with wife Sophie Turner in his latest Instagram pic.
Although the music star has not publically addressed or spoken about the rumors, fans think he’s now ‘silenced’ them in his latest photo. Over the weekend, news broke that the two were reportedly ‘on the cusp’ of divorce after four years of marriage and two children together.
Joe Jonas posts with wedding ring after ‘divorce’ rumors spread
Over the weekend, TMZ reported that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner were on “the cusp of divorce”, four years after tying the knot.
Sources told the publication that the two were having “serious problems” and that “Joe had his people contact and consult with at least 2 L.A.-area divorce lawyers.”
Although neither Sophie nor Joe have publically commented on the rumors, Joe recently posted his first Instagram post since they spread, in which his wedding ring is clearly on show.
In the black and white photo, the star can be seen staring into the camera in a “Hawaiian Island” graphic tee, with his tattoos on show.
However, it’s not the shirt or tats that are the main attraction of this pic. Rather his hands holding the mug in a clear shot. Particularly his left hand, as he proudly shows off his wedding ring.
The 34-year-old has also been wearing his wedding ring during concerts with the Jonas Brothers, and recently, performed the song Hesitate, which Nick called Joe’s ‘love letter’ to Sophie in 2019.
His wedding ring was also visible, in his Labor Day post, with Kevin and Nick which was posted before the rumors emerged.

Joe’s ‘response’ to the rumors has fans praising him in the comments, as one even called him “the most iconic man ever.”
